- Public - The founders established a country by majority rule, so we must work to overcome filibusters or nothing will get done.
- Grassroots - If someone threatens you, would you get on your knees and beg them to stop? If a Senator threatens to shut down your government, because they do not have enough votes to get their way by majority, why would you do nothing more than plead with them not to?

- Obama has been very respectful of the 9 disloyal Senate Democrats that are betraying us. For months has made every reasonable effort to explain the importance of fulfilling the platform promises we made to the voters. These 9 have left us no choice but to enforce party discipline.
- The filibuster is designed to expose Congress for doing something most Americans don't want. The majority of the people are on our side. Republicans tried the filibuster on Clinton without actually having the support of most Americans and it backfired. Once free from the false threat of filibusters we can govern as the founders intended.
- Bring on the filibuster! A shut down of government will expose the traitors and bring the wrath of 65% of the population on them.
- Republicans are dishonest negotiators. They are responsible for 55% of Americans believing that illegal aliens are covered. Their media and political leaders have not all denounced the lies.
- After 16 years of debate, why are you risking another 1993 for Democrats for an opposition that lies and an industry that has proven it will not change? Especially considering that Moderates were voted out of office in 1994 for failing to govern effectively.
- The process we used in the Presidential Primary to focus our national strength on the states with the next election, is the same tactic we need to use on these 6.
- Health as % of $14 trillion GDP - 17.6 in 2009 to 20.6 in 2014
- Costs in $ - 2.5 trillion in 2009 to 4.3 trillion in 2014
- 44,000 deaths/year due to lack of insurance
- 46 million uninsured emergency care paid by insured
- We already cover the most expensive segment of the population: veterans and those over 64. Still the insurance industry has mismanaged the more affordable younger population.
- The insurance industry is fighting like it wants to protect the continued increases in revenue. The 2.5 trillion we spend now is expected to rise to 4.3 trillion.
- Why can the Japanese run their system with better results, but for half the cost? 17.6 % of US GDP vs 8.3% of Japanese GDP.
